Events | 1 June 10am – 5pm Citizen Science Sunday

Join us at one of our Citizen Science Sundays! With our wardens and volunteers on-hand to help between 10am-12noon, this is a great chance to learn how to be a citizen scientist: you’ll find out how to make positive identifications, what Apps to use, and how to record and submit your sightings.

Make the most of your visit by bringing a picnic and refreshments. We have wonderful places to sit, as well as our waterfront deck, tree log seating, and hides for quiet watching and waiting for wildlife to appear.

Entry to the reserve is free – but donations are welcome.

We love dogs, however to protect wildlife and habitats, dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed on the reserve. They are welcome at the study centre side if kept under control and on a lead.
