Withymead Nature Reserve is going on tour! We’re running the Art Cafe at the Old Stables in Whitchurch-on-Thames 10.30am-12.30pm, on Saturday 14 Feb Come and be our Valentine! We’ll have our delicious signature cakes and bakes, tea and coffee for sale, plus second-hand books, merchandise, and a really great raffle too.

It’s in aid of our fundraising campaign to raise £115k to replace the last section of our old precarious wooden boardwalk and footbridge, with a new accessible boardwalk and step-free bridge so that everyone can enjoy the freedom of being outdoors. It will also connect to last year’s new section to reinstate the continuous loop through the wetland reedbeds.

The Art Cafe is at the Old Rectory Stables, High Street, Whitchurch-on-Thames, RG8 7DF. The village has very limited parking. If coming from further afield, please car share, or come by train to Pangbourne. There is a lovely footpath just by the side of the railway bridge that takes a shortcut through the back of Pangbourne.
